This is a great twist on shrimp cocktail. The jalapeno, corn, cilantro and lime juice give it a Mexican flare.! Serve with tortilla chips for a refreshing summer appetizer.

This shrimp scampi is super easy and I served it over It’s Skinny fettuccine but it can also be served over zoodles.

This recipe is full of flavor! In order to save time on prep, I purchased Fresh Mango Salsa from my local grocery store. You can find it in the vegetable section.
