This recipe is full of flavor! In order to save time on prep, I purchased Fresh Mango Salsa from my local grocery store. You can find it in the vegetable section.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced mango

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1 cup diced avocado (not too ripe)

  • 1 cup fresh crab meat

  • 1 Tablespoon Siracha Mayo (drizzle)

Directions

  • Dice the mango and onion and mix together.
  • Dice the avocado.
  • Stack the items in a ramekin upside down.
  • Start with a layer of crab. Add a layer of mango and red onion and finish with a layer of avocado. Pack tightly.
  • Take a platter and put it on top of the ramekin and flip it over.
  • Drizzle with siracha mayonnaise.
  • Finish the other 3 following the same steps and serve.
