This recipe is full of flavor! In order to save time on prep, I purchased Fresh Mango Salsa from my local grocery store. You can find it in the vegetable section.
This Kung Pao Shrimp is delicious and adds a little spice and flavor to your meals during the week. Under an hour to cook and less than 300 calories it is a great dish to serve throughout the week.
