Each week highlights one of the six core habits—Personal Accountability, Portion Control, Nutrition, Fluid Intake, Regular Exercise, and Vitamins & Supplements—with practical topics such as goal setting, recognizing hunger and satiety, the value of vegetables, the effects of caffeine, getting active, and understanding calcium.
