Sparkling Mint Mojito Mocktail

This mojito has zero calories and is a refreshing alternative to a classic mojito containing 240 calories!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons simple syrup (see instructions below)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 8 to 10 mint leaves

  • Top off with Club Soda

Directions

  • Microwave 2 tablespoons of hot water and combine with 2 tablespoons of Monkfruit Sweetener to make the simple syrup.
  • Add in 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  • Muddle the mint leaves in with simple syrup and lime juice.
  • Add ice to a highball glass and pour in mixture. Top off with club soda and stir.
  • Add fresh mint to garnish.
