1 pound radishes, shredded
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon Carbalose All Purpose Flour
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar - I like to shred my own
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion - I used my handy chopper
1 teaspoon paprika
