Low Carb and tastes delicious! You can make it ahead of time and portion it out for a sweet and creamy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup Monk fruit sweetener (I used Lakanto)

  • 1/2 cup no sugar added peanut butter (I used JIF)

  • 4 ounces whipped cream cheese

  • 1 T cocoa powder, unsweetened

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Directions

  • Whip the heavy cream, Monk fruit sweetener and vanilla in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer.
  • Add in the peanut butter, whipped cream cheese and cocoa and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Put in serving cups and serve.

Notes

  • Yields: 6 - 3 ounce servings. 309 calories, 28.7g fat, 155mg sodium, 8.6g carbs, 2.7g fiber, 5.9g net carbs, 3.4g sugars and 7g protein.
  • Sugar Free Reddi Whip is not included in nutritional analysis.
