1 pound 85% lean ground beef
2 cups shiitake mushrooms, sliced thin
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon gravy master (optional)
