kcalI love egg rolls but I do not like the added calories from the fried wrap. Egg Roll in a Bowl gives you the taste of an egg roll and will keep you on your plan! Feel free to add some hot mustard.
1 pound ground turkey
3/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
1 T sesame oil
1 T rice vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 T hoisin sauce or stir fry sauce
2 t fresh ginger
6 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 head)
1 cup grated carrots (about 2 carrots)
2 eggs
1 T sesame seeds
1 spray of vegetable oil cooking spray
