kcalThis broccoli salad is tossed in a simple homemade dressing and tastes even better the longer it sits in the fridge!
4 cups broccoli florets, cut into small pieces and stems removed.
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 slices bacon, about 1/4 cup chopped
Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise, I used Dukes
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T Monk Fruit sweetener
1 T Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
