This recipe is for one serving. Create in a ramekin and cut in half.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons of Almond Flour, I used Bob's Red Mill

  • 1 egg

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 T melted butter

Directions

  • Butter the bottom and sides of a ramekin or other microwave safe dish.
  • Add all other ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth and pour into ramekin.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Let cool and slice in half. Also can be toasted to add a little crunch!
